Rivalry will be fierce in this M23 derby, as ’the Seagulls’ (BRI) fly up
from the South coast to face ‘the Eagles’ (CP) hoping to maintain their
four-point lead over the hosts.
With Crystal Palace just three points above the relegation zone and set
to face two teams currently in the bottom three before the season end,
they need to quickly reverse their form which has seen them win just
once in ten Premier League games (W1, D3, L6).
Since taking over the club, Roy Hodgson has earnt Palace one point per
game on average, and if that continues they will finish on 36 points –
which might not be enough to stay up!
Brighton have found some form this year which has seen them earn 11
points in five games but after a few red cards, a missed penalty and
scoring an own goal in the last three fixtures – they have seen that
good form dip. Set to face the top four teams in their remaining games,
they mustn’t get complacent in their bid for survival.

Palace, but needs to find some form as he is goalless in his last three
Wilfried Zaha nearly won all three points for Palace last time out
against Bournemouth (2-2), but only has five goals this season. Can this
fan favourite save his club?
